Detail
Watching the ever changing marshes gives a
most satisfying and pleasurable feeling.
The little cottage at the edge of the river will forever be in the perfect
setting
and the artistic heading on this ketubah appropriately captures this feeling:
In my heart, in my soul and always on my mind.
Words of praise:
My mom brought it to the Bluff, so I haven't
seen it yet. I heard it was beautiful!! Everyone at the Bluff loved
it! Thank you so much!!

A
few years ago the Landings Art
Association, of which I am a member, received a violin donated by the Gretsch
Company to be decorated and auctioned off to raise money for an approved
charity. The Ossabaw Island Foundation was selected to receive the decorated
violin for their Annual Roast and Art Auction held on October 22nd.
There was a competition in to select the winning design for the violin and case. "Winding River Marsh" was selected as the violin winning entry. After delicately sanding the surface of the violin, the scene was carefully painted in oils on the fragile violin surface. The violin and all other donated articles were on display at the Jack Leigh Gallery in early October of that year..
"Winding River Marsh"
Winning entry for the Ossabaw Island Foundation violin competition was
auctioned off on October 22, 2005
